Holman Makes Cheltenham Move

Vanarama National League leaders Cheltenham Town have completed...

....the signing of Dan Holman on a free transfer from Sky Bet League One side Colchester United.

The striker, who has been on loan with the Robins` league rivals Woking this season, joins the club until the end of the season with the view to extending his contract in the summer.

Holman, who arrived at the Weston Homes Community Stadium under the management of Joe Dunne in the summer of 2014, played five games as substitute in Colchester colours.

The 25-year-old spent much of his time out on loan in the past season and a half, with spells at Wrexham, Aldershot Town and Dover coming before this season's stint with Woking.

Holman is the league's fifth highest scorer with 14 league goals for Woking, along with 3 cup goals.
