"It keeps happening. We've got to be better. I felt it was an important toss, that we needed to win it if possible - we knew the forecast and the weather coming in but that's no excuse to how we faded out of the game with a whimper, that disappoints me.
"It's not enough to create half chances, we got to score some goals. When you have lots of possession and you're in the ascendancy, you need to score goals. We've not done it all season.
Eastleigh take on AFC Fylde at home on Saturday, Hill aded: "At the moment it doesn't matter where we're playing, it's difficult for us. We need to dust ourselves down, me included, and prepare for Saturday, we've got to find a win from somewhere."
