Hess Get Busy As Stones Skipper and Young Robin Sign On

Andy Hessenthaler has made his first and second signing as Dover manager.

Midfielder Stuart Lewis this afternoon agreed a two-year deal after having his transfer request accepted by Maidstone United.

The Supporters’ Player-of-the-Year told has moved across Kent to link up with the former Eastleigh manager.

He isn’t the only new player to arrive at the Crabble.

Left-back Joshua Debayo has joined on loan from EFL League Two Cheltenham Town.

The 21-year-old Nigerian joined the Robins on a two-year contract after leaving Leicester City at the end of last season.

Hessenthaler has confirmed the club will turn full-time straight away as they plot their escape from the National League bottom four.

His first game in charge will be this weekend’s trip to Harrogate Town.
