Herrera Back as Number Two

Vanarama National League club Torquay United have announced the appointment of Robbie Herrera as assistant-manager to new player-manager Kevin Nicholson.

The 45-year-old is Torquay born and bred and served the club in over 130 games as a player before becoming a key figure in the club`s youth development scheme in more recent times.

He brings with him a wealth of local knowledge and vast experience from almost thirty years involved in the professional game.

He will commence his duties as from Monday.
