Hereford Pull Out All The Stops For Young Fan Callum

One lucky Hereford fan got a late Christmas present from the club at Edgar Street on Saturday.

Young Bulls fan Callum was invited along to the game against Nuneaton Borough after meeting Marc Richards over the Christmas period whilst he was in hospital.

When the club found out the 11-year-old was fighting fit again, they offered him the chance to be their mascot for the day.

The youngster spent time with the players before the game before leading out skipper Jordan Cullinane-Liburd, something that will stay with him forever.

"“I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at Hereford FC for visiting me in hospital and for allowing me to be a mascot," Callum told the club's website.

"The players and staff were really nice to me and it’s an experience I will never forget."

Callum's parents, John and Emily added, “We’d like to say a huge thank you to the players and staff at Hereford FC for visiting Callum whilst he was poorly on Hereford Children’s Ward and for inviting him to become mascot."
