A 4-1 loss after going a goal up after a minute means Town will not get a chance to replicate their Trophy exploits during the 2015/16 season, writes Tom Feaheny.
Heath, who sees his side face a team just two points below them, knows their last showing wasn't good enough.
"It’s a big game, every game is a big game, we’ve just got to pick some league points up now," Heath told the club's website.
“It's a massive game against Leyton Orient down here, we’ve got to start winning home games and take care of ourselves and nobody else."
When reflecting on exiting the FA Trophy, Heath said the manner in which they lost was disappointing.
"We just needed to be a bit more disciplined," he added.
“The second half was disappointing because of the three goals we conceded and the way we conceded, they were very cheap goals.”
