....signed goalkeeper Charlie Burns on a month`s loan from Sky Bet Championship side MK Dons.
The Surrey-born shot-stopper joined the club as a 16-year-old in 2011, taking over as the under-18s’ number one keeper a year later.
He featured as a substitute in a first-team friendly against a Tottenham Hotspur XI in August 2013, keeping a clean sheet and helping a young Dons side see out an impressive 1-0 victory.
Burns’ professional debut finally came on the final day of the 2013/14 season after fellow shot-stopper David Martin was forced off with an injury after just 34 minutes.
He spent time on loan with Cambridge City and Truro City in 2014/15, helping the latter win promotion from the Southern League.
Burns also featured on the bench for the Dons eighteen times during the course of the year.
