Wilks (pictured) signed for Bostik League North side Maldon & Tiptree in the summer of 2016.
The 21-year-old signed for The Jammers from Scottish Premiership side St Mirren.
Prior to joining St Mirren, Wilks was on the books of Premier League outfit Watford.
He appeared fifty-three times throughout the season and was an influential presence as Maldon & Tiptree reached the play-off final.
In a slightly unusual move, Wilks joined SkyBet League Two neighbours Colchester United on a loan deal from the Jammers in August until recently.
Centre-back Lyons-Foster has joined the Hawks on a permanent basis after being released by National League side Aldershot Town.
He was previously on loan at the Hawks for a month in October 2017.
His loan was extended but he was then immediately recalled to the Recreation Ground.
Lyons-Foster joined Aldershot in August 2017 following a successful trial.
A former England under-16 international, Lyons-Foster is a graduate of the Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa academies and joined Bristol City in June 2016 after leaving Villa.
In February 2017 he spent trial periods with League of Ireland Premier Division club Derry City as well as Colchester United.
Kodi’s younger brother Brooklyn plays for Tottenham Hotspur’s under-18 side and has appeared for England under-17s.
