The Vanarama National League South side showed no mercy as they crushed Fleet Spurs 9-1 to easily progress.
Tubbs didn’t get on the scoresheet but Bradbury thinks a stop-start beginning to life at the club is about to head in a positive direction.
“Matt’s a top player and a great finisher,” said Bradbury. “But it’s been about getting him fit for a while now and hopefully this is the start.
“Everyone knows what a fit and firing Matt Tubbs can do. It was frustrating because he had to sit out a large part of pre-season.
“We started the season well so it’s been hard for him to force his way in. But he’s a big part of the club and hopefully before long he is banging in the goals.”
Havant are at home to Welling United this weekend and Bradbury wants three points.
“It’ll be difficult but we need to be as strong at home as we possibly can.”
