Harriers "Have To Be More Clinical" Says Eustace

Kidderminster Harriers were left to rue their missed chances as they were held to a draw at home to Boston United.

Frazer Horsfold's unfortunate own-goal levelled things up for Boston and the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw - watch match highlights here.

Harriers have had a mixed season so far, picking up ten points from their first eight games.

“I thought we played very well in the first half and the game should have been out of sight,” said manager John Eustace.

“In the second half they scored a goal with a deflection that changed the course of the game. It became very scrappy and we stopped playing, that’s the disappointing thing.

“We have to be more clinical as we created a lot of chances in that first half. Because we’re going through a sticky period at the moment, [the goal] took the wind out of the sails for the lads.

“The one thing I am pleased with is that they stuck at it and really got together and managed to get a point in the end – that shows good character.”
