Guiseley Confirm Paul Cox Has Left The Lions

By Tom Feaheny

Guiseley have confirmed that Paul Cox has left the club with the Lions bottom of the Vanarama National League.

Cox took over the side at the start of September and took them to the FA Cup 1st round but a run of six straight losses sees the side now 10 points off safety, writes Tom Feaheny.

The side last gained victory at Chester on Boxing Day.

A club statement said.

"Guiseley Football Club can confirm that Paul Cox, Adam Murray and Ben Marvin have left the football club with immediate effect.

Sean St Ledger will oversee training until a suitable replacement is found.

The club will not make any further comment at this stage."
