The Romans have recovered from defeat in the opening two matches to take maximum points from their last three.
A 2-1 win over Dulwich Hamlet takes them into sixth place in the Vanarama National League South.
But Gill now wants the club’s supporters to play an even bigger part in what they are doing by raising the volume inside Twerton Park.
He told the club’s YouTube channel: “I set the players a target of three wins from these three games and they have achieved just that.
“It’s a fantastic win. We are finding a way and at that is really encouraging.
“I have got to say Dulwich are a really good side and play great football. They are energetic, athletic and move the ball really well.
“We weren’t quite aggressive enough at times but we managed to get three points.
“Their fans were terrific. I have asked for our fans to get behind us that little bit more and they went quiet for a while again. We need them because that’s a winning team they are seeing at the moment.”
That three wins from three after the defeat of Hampton last Saturday and on Tuesday at home to Gloucester.
“We lost the first two games but we knew we were capable of going on a good run,” the manager added.
“We are starting to get the results and it’s been a positive week for everyone at Bath City.”
