Wood were knocked out of the FA Trophy on Tuesday night by Gateshead and they will now focus on their National League campaign.
Garrard’s men are currently sixth in the table following the recent victory at play-off rivals Dagenham & Redbridge.
The boss was linked with a move to League Two side Barnet but says he is totally focused on the Wood after the Bees hired Graham Westley.
Garrard told the club’s YouTube channel: “At no stage did I apply for the job - I’ve got unfinished business here.
“I love the club, I’ve been here ten years and we’re doing alright at the minute. I can envisage us doing what we’re doing and progressing as far up the Pyramid as possible.”
The Wood’s manager has also received a boost following comments by his chairman Danny Hunter.
The club say they have received “a number of offers” for players and staff but Hunter has made his stance clear.
“The club’s position at this moment in time, is that nobody will be leaving this football club,” he told the club’s website.
“Certainly not without both myself and Luke being totally convinced that it’s good business, not only for our ambitions but for the player, our dressing room and our supporters’ ambitions.
“We want the chance to win something, we want the chance to perhaps experience Wembley and genuinely like the make-up of our squad.
“We also genuinely like our players as people, we like them as a group, and we think our staff, our squad and our management team can achieve success collectively this season.”
