Although not naming names, the division’s leading marksman is staying put.

“The bid was an insult to both Danny and the club, and was treated with the contempt it deserved,” said Coasters chairman David Haythornthwaite.
The 23-goal marksman has been the subject of much interest after firing the club through the divisions.
In a statement on the club’s website they announced the player is more than happy in the north west.
“The club have maintained that Danny Rowe isn’t for sale, and is happily settled with The Coasters, as the hunt for promotion to the English Football League continues,” it read.
