Fullarton Adds More Firepower As Allen Heads North

Jamie Fullarton has secured a treble helping of impressive transfer dealings.

Jamie Allen joins from Dover Athletic after two seasons on the coast and joins Tobi Sho-Silva and goalkeeper Will Appleyard at the Shay.

Dover boss Andy Hessenthaler told the club's website the 24-year-old wanted to move north to be closer to his family.

“Jamie came to see me last week to say he was homesick and wanted to move back up north," he said.

“We reluctantly agreed and as we did not want to hinder his chances of going home to his family, decided to not ask for a transfer fee."

Tobi Sho-Silva also joins from Dover after spending time at Bromley and Chelmsford in recent years.

The 24-year-old took to his personal Twitter account after the move. "Delighted to have signed for [FC Halifax Town] earlier today," he wrote. "Praying for a great season ahead."

FC Halifax Town get their 2019/20 National League season underway against Ebbsfleet United on August 3.
