The 23-year-old has agreed a one-year contract with the Silkmen after impressing during a week on trial.
His last club was Fontenay LCVF in the French Championnat National 2, Group D (regional fourth division), having previously been with La Roche, ES Viry-Châtillon and Brest B.
The 23-year-old striker also had a trial period with West Bromwich Albion in the 2014/15 season and received good reports back from coaches at the Hawthorns before returning back to his native France.
After opting to pursue a career in England this summer Toure arrived at Wrexham where he impressed before opting to join Macclesfield at the start of this week.
Toure started the friendly win over Crewe Alexandra and certainly caught the eye of those in attendance at the Moss Rose.
The powerful striker has now signed a deal with the club and will go in to John Askey’s squad for the new season.
Toure’s move is subject to international clearance.
