Fowler Urges Everyone Sticks Together For Big Tamworth Game

Tamworth's caretaker boss Mike Fowler says a win against Darlington could be the result that leads to an upturn for the side.

It is nine games since they last gained victory on New Year's Day ahead of facing Darlington tonight, writes Tom Feaheny.

“Confidence is a brittle thing at times and the players need the fans behind them through the whole game," Fowler told the Birmingham Mail.

“Each fan can make an impact because their positivity can pass on to the fan sitting next to them and spread around the place."

“I just ask for the fans to be positive. If, at 90 minutes, we have lost the game and played badly, then they can all vent their frustrations."

A win for the side could move them six points above the drop zone.
