Cadman came through the youth system with local neighbours Brighton & Hove Albion before being released at the end of the 2016/17 season.
Cadman has also previously had a loan spell at Worthing and also played alongside another one of the Hawks` summer signings, Connor Tighe, whilst at Brighton.
Wakley came through the ranks at Portsmouth, spending four years at Fratton Park.
In his final season, he was awarded the academy player of the season.
Fenwick (pictured) started his career with Lewes before being signed up to play for Crystal Palace, where he remained until 2013.
He then signed for Cardiff City, before having spells with Three Bridges, Bishop`s Stortford, Peacehaven & Telscombe and back with Lewes.
Most recently, he has had spells with Torquay United, Truro City and Selkirk in Scotland.
Gueye joins on loan from National League side Sutton United.
Prior to signing with the U’s in January 2017, Gueye had spells playing in France, Belgium and Malta.
Towards the end of last season, he also had a loan spell at now Bostik Premier League side Margate.
