Joining the Hawks are Sean Roddy, TJ Elliott, midfielder Richie Whittingham and forward Romone Rose.
Northern Irish defender Roddy joins after previously featuring for Finn Harps in the Republic of Ireland and Institute in Northern Ireland.
He will play as a full-back.
Another defender, TJ Elliott, joins the Hawks after previously featuring for Wycombe Wanderers, Ebbsfleet United and Hayes & Yeading United.
Rose originally signed for Gosport Borough in January 2017 before recently returning to Privett Park.
He started his career at Queens Park Rangers and was part of their youth set-up before loan periods with AFC Wimbledon, Northampton Town and Torquay United to gain experience brought him into first-team contention and a full debut.
He has also played in the National League for Eastleigh and Maidenhead United and played in the FA Trophy Final for Newport County whilst Hawks boss Jimmy Dack was at the club as assistant-manager as well as having short spells with Marlow, Staines Town Hayes & Yeading United, Slough Town.
Midfielder Whittingham (pictured), 26, was with Hayes & Yeading alongside Rose and Elliott last season as well as at Gosport Borough.
Originally with AFC Bournemouth, he went on to feature for Eastleigh, Windsor FC, Marlow and Basingstoke Town, for whom he appeared twenty-five times and scored 5 goals in 2016/17.
