The Guiseley striker signs on a two-year contract after a great end to last season on loan at FC Halifax.
Wrexham haven’t been quick-moving in the transfer market but manager Sam Ricketts says patience is what’s needed and refused to be rushed.
The 24-year-old forward make it two for the new boss and he told the club’s official website that Fondop-Talom had plenty of other offers to pick from.
He said: “Mike is a really good player. He is a real hot prospect we identified as a target really early on and I’ve been waiting to make a move for him since.
“We have beaten off lots of interest from others, including football league clubs, so I’m obviously delighted he has signed here at Wrexham.”
The Red Dragons discover who they will be playing on the opening day on Wednesday when the National League fixtures are announced.
