Wabo signed his first professional contract with Southend in June after impressing for the under-21 side, penning a one-year deal with an option for another year.
The youngster has been impressing this season for the under-23s and made his full first-team debut earlier this season against Scunthorpe United, featuring again since the New Year against Northampton Town.
Wabo spent the end of the 2016/17 on loan at Cambridge City, then in the Evo-Stik League South Premier, scoring 4 goals in five appearances.
The 19-year-old has made three substitute appearances for the first-team this season.
Fleet boss Daryl McMahon, who will include the player in the squad for Saturday’s trip to Leyton Orient, told press office Ed Miller: “As I’ve maintained, we wanted the right player either permanently or on a loan deal until the end of the season and Norman is a bright prospect. We’ve looked at a lot of players who fit the bill and he now has the chance to show what he can do here at a good level”.
