The Nash moved up to 13th in the Vanarama National League North table and six points away from the relegation places after this victory, writes Tom Feaheny.
A first-half hat-trick by Niall Cummins, more than got the side on their way to this impressive win.
"I'm delighted for the club, the players, the fans, we've had a good seven days," Flanagan told the club's website.
"We had a real cutting edge to the way we performed, against a top side that is very pleasing.
"The game plan we had we stuck to and we were effective both in defence and attack and in the wide areas."
While they now have a bit of a gap between themselves and the bottom three places, Flanagan has warned his side against complacency.
"There are still games to go that are very tough, we need to be pushing on with the confidence we have to keep our feet on the ground and not get complacent."
