Festive Footballers! Meet Our Christmas National League XI

By Sam Elliott

Never let it be said that here in the National League media department, we don’t bring you the hard hitting need-to-know news.

Especially after piecing together our team of festive footballers for the past five hours, we just won’t have it!

But much like Father Christmas himself, we're about to truly deliver this year.

It’s not as easy as the Premier League hyou know, when they’ve always had the liked of Jesus Navas, Roque Santa Cruz or Fabian Elf to play around with.

We’ve had to be extra creative - and we reckon our side could actually win a thing or two!

If you can do any better, we want to hear from you! We’ll retweet the best and worst suggestions for inclusion put to us so make sure you get involved on twitter @TheNationalLge
