Ferriby Add Another Three to Squad

Vanarama National League new boys North Ferriby United have added three more to their new-look squad.

Connor Oliver is a 22-year-old midfielder who was released by Blackpool at the end of last season.

He came up through the ranks at Sunderland but made his League debut for Hartlepool United during a loan spell towards the end of the 2013/14 season, playing three games before returning to the Stadium of Light.

In January 2015 he moved to Blackpool and featured in ten League games for the Seasiders and also spent time on loan with neighbours Morecambe late last season, playing five times for the Shrimps.

Jordan Cooke is a 19-year-old centre-back who is rated as a really good prospect.

He spent last season on dual registration with Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Premier Division side Buxton and Toolstation Northern Counties East League Premier Division outfit Worksop Town.

Taron Hare (pictured) is a former Scunthorpe United youth captain who can play at centre-back or at right-back.

He was released by the Iron in the summer of 2015 without making a senior appearance and was signed by then League Two side York City towards the end of July 2015.

He spent time out on loan in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Premier Division with Stamford AFC last season but was let go by the Minstermen at the end of last season, again without managing a first-team appearances.
