FA Cup Shocks Keep Coming As League Points Secured

There were cup-sets aplenty as well as important points secured on a thrilling afternoon.

Maidstone United are on the march in the FA Cup again and have added another higher-level scalp as they defeated Ebbsfleet United.

The Stones are rolling again and the 3-0 win came courtesy of an Aaron Blair double and another from Antony Papadopoulos.

Yeovil Town also fell - Chesham United celebrated a huge achievement as Jack Cawley's back post header landed them a first round place.

National League South leaders Hemel Hempstead were defeated again, losing 3-2 at Dorking Wanderers who resisted a late fightback from the Tudors.

Farnborough overtake them at the top - a fine 4-1 win over Enfield Town saw Millar Matthews-Lewis score twice.

St Albans City won for the first time this season. Ken Charles’ 73rd minute goal handed them all three points at Hampton & RB.

Scott Kashket’s 96th minute goal gave Hornchurch a valuable point at Salisbury as Chippenham won 1-0 at Aveley.

Eastbourne Borough are up to third after George Alexander’s early winner at Welling United.

In the National League North, Chorley move up to second - just a point behind inactive leaders Scunthorpe

Craig Hewitt’s first half goal was enough to bury Needham Market.

Radcliffe’s issues continue as they went down 2-1 to Warrington Town. Josh Amis grabbed the winning goal.

Andy Williams’ dramatic late winner handed Hereford all three points at Buxton.

Danny Lloyd was on target as Southport beat South Shields 3-0.
