Experienced Klukowski Loaned To Harriers

Kidderminster Harriers have signed the experienced Yan Klukowski on a month`s loan from National League side Torquay United.

Thirty-year-old Klukowski joins Kiddy in search of match fitness after time out recovering from plantar fasciitis.

He has made seven appearances for the Gulls this season.

Klukowski joined Torquay in the summer.

He didn’t take the typical route into becoming a professional footballer. After spending his youth career with Bristol Rovers and Bath City, he completed a four-year scholarship in the United States.

After returning to England, Klukowski made a big impact at Forest Green Rovers, scoring 48 goals in 159 appearances.

He had spells with Newport County and York City before moving to Plainmoor ld.

The versatile player, who can occupy a wide range of positions, is available to boss John Eustace for tomorrow’s trip to one of his former clubs, York.
