Evans who faced Guiseley as Crawley Town boss back in 2010 in the FA Cup goes up against the Lions once again, writes Tom Feaheny.
"What we know is Guiseley have got good players. It will be about what we do. We've got respect not only for Guiseley, but for every opponent," Evans told the club's website.
"We'll change the team around on Sunday anyway. It will be reflective because I wasn't happy with the second half on Saturday against Chesterfield. There will be four or five changes on Sunday, then there will be wholesale changes for Blackpool."
The Stags up against old bosses Paul Cox and Adam Murray are on a good run and Evans says his side just want to keep going.
"We're 10 unbeaten and people are still moaning. That includes in the dressing room."
