Eustace's Joy At Late Harriers Win

Kidderminster harriers boss John Eustace was thrilled to see his side pick up all three points thanks to a late winner at Stockport County.

It looked like Kidderminster would have to make do with a point away at County but Joe Ironside grabbed a late winner in added time to ensure Harriers left with all three points, writes Tom Feaheny.

“The winning goal was a fantastic goal, we showed great composure throughout the pitch," said Eustace to the club's website.

“There were really tough conditions in the first half and we really struggled to get out of our own half, very similar to last week really. We had a little lapse in concentration and they have scored from it.

“The lads came in at half time and knew what they needed to do in the second half.

“We had to look after the ball a lot better and we did. We got a good control of the game and I thought we deserved to win in the end.”
