Eustace Takes Positives From Harriers Draw

John Eustace said their 2-2 against Spennymoor Town showed what the team is capable of, despite conceding late in the match.

After going a goal down, Harriers took the lead and looked set to gain a victory that would have moved them to two points off the play-off places, writes Tom Feaheny.

“Conditions made it very tricky. In the first half we struggled to get out of our own half," Eustace said to the club's website.

“Second half we were much better and on the front foot. The wind certainly helped both teams in either half but we really limited them to no chances in the second half.

“It’s disappointing to get a draw with them scoring in the last couple of minutes with the penalty but we have to move and look at the good parts of our play."

With the Harriers still in touching distance of a play-off place with a third of the season gone, Eustace knows they can improve.

“So the run is going okay, but we can do better and we will do better.”
