Eustace Disappointed At Way Harriers Exited Cup

Kidderminster Harriers boss John Eustace felt his side could have defended better against AFC Fylde.

“We are very proud of the lads to get this far, but I was disappointed with the manner we conceded the goals today,” Eustace told the club's website, writes Tom Feaheny.

“I felt we handed all four of the goals to them which was the most disappointing thing.

“They are a quality team and a very experienced team, but the way we defended for all four goals was really disappointing.

“I don’t think they had to earn any of them and that’s something we’ve got to look at.”

Eustace though says their attitude to keep trying until the last kick is something they can take from the loss.

“But the group have a fantastic attitude and you could see they really battled on and kept going until the end.”
