George Saunders are Hornchurch damaged Torquay United’s title hopes as as Chesham beat Enfield and Dorking defeated Welling United.

Worthing edged out Slough Town 4-3, Danny Cashman was at the double.

Jon Bentley scored Maidstone United’s winner at home to Hemel Hempstead, who fall further off the pace.

Elsewhere there were wins for Chelmsford City, Hampton & RB and Bath City.

It’s all change at the top of the National League North after leaders Scunthorpe United went down 3-2 to a Danny Lloyd inspired Southport.

Chorley are top after ending Spennymoor Town’s nine month unbeaten home run. Mike Calverley shot them to the top.

Curzon Ashton sent out a message to the rest after thrashing Chester 4-0.

Tom Elliott did too - his hat-trick inspired Buxton to a thumping 7-1 win against Needham Market.

Jake Day and Lewis Salmon made the points safe for Alfreton Town at Rushall Olympic.
