Orient hadn’t tasted victory in 15 games before the 4-1 success against Sutton United two-and-a-half weeks ago.
They followed that up with a 2-0 win at Maidstone United before another 2-0 victory, this time over Dagenham & Redbridge, on Boxing Day.
Orient are still in the lower reaches of the table but Edinburgh was impressed with another three points against a promotion chasing club.
He told the East London Advertiser: “I’m delighted with the win. We had to be very resolute and credit to Dagenham because they started very fast, but we were efficient in what we needed to do.
“We defended our area very well and grew into the game and half time probably came a little bit too quick for us because we were just getting momentum.
“But give credit to the players because they picked it up again for the second half and went on to win the game.”
Defender Josh Coulson scored again and the boss is hopeful of extending his loan from League Two side Cambridge United.
“I think the negotiations are already complete and Josh is committed to the club and wants to do that, so I don’t envisage there being any problems,” Edinburgh said.
