Following Saturday’s 3-0 defeat at struggling Ebbsfleet United, the club confirmed a change will be made with the Spitfires’ season turning sour.
An encouraging first half of the campaign has been clouded but a challenging two months with the club winless since before Christmas.
A winless 11 games run in 2024 has left Eastleigh just four points above the drop zone.
As yet, there has been no official confirmation about who will take charge of Tuesday’s match at Oxford City.
The club released a short statement last night, reading: “Eastleigh Football Club can announce that Richard Hill has left the club by mutual consent with immediate effect.
“We will provide updates of a new manager in due course.”
