Eastbourne Borough Mourn Death Of Legend Myra Stephens

Tributes have been paid to Eastbourne Borough's legendary former club secretary and long-term volunteer Myra Stephens.

A football fanatic, the club described Myra Stephens as a "valued member" of the team at the club.

A statement on the club's website read: "Myra was Football Secretary and a long term volunteer at Priory Lane, but was also closely associated with both Eastbourne Town and Eastbourne United.

"A valued member of the administration team at Priory Lane, incredibly well known throughout the game at many levels, football in Eastbourne and beyond has lost a wonderful servant and our are thoughts at Eastbourne Borough are with her family, friends, and all who knew her."
