Draw For The FA Cup Second Qualifying Round Is Made

By Sam Elliott

The draw for the second qualifying round of the FA Cup has been confirmed as 48 of our clubs join the competition.

Sides from the Vanarama National League North and South are entering and they know who they will face as they hope to kick-start an historic run.

Maidstone United know all about the magic the FA Cup creates.

They were one step away from the quarter-finals last season before their historic run was finally ended by Coventry City and their 2024-24 campaign starts at home to Hampton & RB.

Big hitters Scunthorpe United travel to Newcastle Town with Dorking Wanderers at Hosham.

Southport will host FC United of Manchester or Hyde while Kidderminster Harriers will be happy to be at home - they face Leek Town.

Two more National League South sides meet as Eastbourne Borough welcome Boreham Wood.

Warrington Town face Radcliffe, Chester meet Hebburn Town and it's a tricky tie for Scarborough Athletic at Dunston.

The matches will take place on the weekend of 13th, 14th and 15th September.
