The Romans have kept together their squad from last season and have made a handful of new additions - most notably, prolific striker Tyler Harvey.
But with pre-season in full swing and the new season just over three weeks away, Gill admits we might not see much more business.
"I am very excited to see how the new players gel within what is already a competitive squad," he told the club's website.
"There will be a few trialists on show over the course of the pre season and I am hoping to maybe bring in two more players which will be loan deals from a Premier League and EFL Club."
Bath City get their 2019/20 National League South season underway against Braintree Town on August 3.
