League Two Port Vale need the forward back as they look to turn around their season.
Nuneaton need help themselves and are bottom of the National League North, some ten points from safety.
They visit in-form Southport on Saturday looking for a win to spark a recovery.
Borough will have to go there without Angus, 24, who has scored 14 goals for the club in all competitions.
The forward told the club’s website: “The loan spell has been massively helpful. The club means a lot to me anyway because of my Dad’s previous time here.
“I’m really thankful for everyone for letting me come and play here. I think it’s done me well. I appreciate it.”
The club added: “Nuneaton Borough would like to place on record its massive thanks to Dior for his hard work this season and wish him all the best as he returns to League Two side Port Vale.”
