Simon Weaver's men saw-off local rivals York City in the National League North last weekend to stay top of the division.
Now they host another Yorkshire derby at the CNG Stadium as league rivals Bradford visit in the Cup.
Both sides earned 3-0 wins a fortnight ago to progress to this stage. Bradford won at Southport while Harrogate were victorious against Penistone Church.
After the win over York, Weaver knows how important these derby clashes are:
“It’s another derby game and we are aware of how much it means to the supporters to have a good cup run.
"They're often niggly affairs but we've just got to focus on us and play good football to get the job done.
“Before last Saturday Bradford were on a very good run in the league and have a settled side filled with a lot of experience.
"It's a tough draw but we will give maximum effort."
