County beat Dagenham & Redbridge on Tuesday night to take their unbeaten run to four games, meaning they've lost just once in eight outings.
Kristian Dennis came off the bench to make sure of all three points - that after coming on to rescue a last-gasp point at Dover last Saturday.
Magpies boss Neal Ardley praised Dennis and says all of his forwards have a role to play even if they don't start every game.
"Denno has been excellent, I can’t speak highly enough of him," hw said.
"He trains with a smile on his face, he loves scoring goals and he’s probably the best finisher at the club - he’s at his best when he comes on and scores.
"But Wes [Thomas] had played really well on Saturday [against Dover], Kyle [Wootton] has been excellent so we’ll have a look at Saturday and we’ll see what we’ve got available and where we need to freshen up and how we go about trying to win another game."
County have been in fine home form this season having lost just once at Meadow Lane.
"The lads enjoy playing at home, that’s the key thing," Ardley said. "They look forward to the home games and the things that could cripple us when we play at home is anxiety.
"But when we get the place rocking, it’s a good place to be."
