...Basingstoke Town, has added 22-year-old centre-half Jack Deaman to his squad following his release from National; League leaders Cheltenham Town.
Originally with Birmingham City, Deaman spent time on loan at then League Two Cheltenham without appearing for the first-team, and moved on to Basingstoke`s league rivals Eastbourne Borough after Birmingham released him at the end of the 2012/13 season.
After a trial with Cheltenham in July 2014, he re-joined the Robins on a one-year contract and totalled eighteen appearances.
A defender who can also play in midfield, Deaman has recently been on loan with National League North side AFC Telford United.
Deaman has signed a contract with Basingstoke until the end of the season and goes straight into the squad for Saturday`s home game with Hemel Hempstead Town.
