Player of the Season Mark Cousins, the Daggers popular goalkeeper, will not be offered a new contract.
Long time servants Luke Howell and Jake Howells have also been told they are free to find new clubs.
The club are managerless after John Still resigned last week.
Dagenham have a large number of players under contract for next season and the club have confirmed Charlee Adams, Andre Boucaud, Michael Cheek and Elliot Justham are staying.
Chike Kandi, Ben Nunn, Fejiri Okenabirhie, Matt Robinson, Craig Robson, Elliott Romain, and Dan Sparke have all been retained.
Cousins said: “Thanks to everyone who has supported me over the past four seasons. I can take away some great memories.
“I wish the club all the best for the future and hope it gets through this tough time.”
Midfielder Howells tweeted: “I hope Dagenham get things back on track. Now to move on to a new adventure and to find a new club.”
