Lokko started his career as a youngster at Norwich City where he captained the under-18 side on a number of occasions.
He moved to Colchester United upon his release by the Canaries in the summer of 2014, where he joined up with their under-21 squad.
The defender spent a year with the U’s and a year with Welling United before making a move to Maidstone United.
He played forty-six times last year for the Gallagher Stadium side in all competitions, also earning him a call-up to the England C squad.
Lokko signed for Stevenage earlier in the week but in order to gain first-team football, the defender will be joining the Daggers on a season-long loan.
