Daggers Best Performance Despite Defeat - Still

Ten-man Dagenham and Redbridge put on their best performance of the season reckons manager John Still in their late defeat to Wrexham.

The Daggers conceded a 93rd minute own-goal to lose 1-0 - watch match highlights here.

Craig Robson inadvertently turned into his own net in injury time for Wrexham's winner but Dagenham were twice denied by the offside flag after going down to ten men in the 32nd minute when Kevin Lokko was shown a straight red card.

"That's football. I don't worry too much about things that are out of your control. He deserved to be sent off, I have no complaints about that," said Still.

"I thought with ten men we were the best team, we couldn't have done anymore. We done everything right. We were bold. We went 4-3-2 [after the red card] rather than 4-4-1.

"Of all of the games we've played this season, we've played some great stuff and had some disappointments, that's our best performance of the season."
