There was only a sprinkling of National League action the weekend of course as the FA Trophy first round fell into focus.

Still, there were four four-figure attendances as many rejected the Christmas shop for a spot of cup football.

History was created for Bostik North Haringey Borough, who smashed their record gate with 1,133 coming along to see the lose narrowly to Leyton Orient.

The National League crowd which came to see Boston United play Southport - 784 - was the seventh highest of the weekend.
