We’ve just had one of of the highest supported weekend of the season as attendances shot up with just three weeks to go.
No fewer than eight plus-2,000 crowds can out to take in National League games, with leaders Macclesfield seeing a season-high 3,110 - even if they didn’t quite see the title won.
There were four attendances over 3,000 with Tranmere, Wrexham and Stockport County the others.
With the final weeks now upon on, there’s every chance of crowds continuing to rise as we reach the climax to the season.
