Crewe Youngster Loaned to City

....club Worcester City on loan for a month.

The 19-year-old first year pro is yet to feature in Crewe`s match day squad this season and has been allowed to leave by manager Steve Davis in order to gain valuable playing experience.

Brown enjoyed a similar spell at Evo-Stik Northern Premier League First Division South side Leek Town towards the end of last season, but that was cut short due to injury and he has featured regularly for the under-21’s this season, including scoring during Tuesday’s 5-0 victory over Witton Albion in the Cheshire Senior Cup.

He will still be available for selection for Crewe`s under-21 matches during his time with the Blues.

Brown has also been granted permission to play in Worcester`s Emirates FA Cup First Round tie at Bramall Lane against Sheffield United.
