Forest Green confirmed that the combative midfielder had left the New Lawn by mutual consent earlier today.
The Bedford-born player made over 100 appearances for the club after joining from Salisbury City in 2014, scoring 3 goals.
Injury ruled him out of the chance to play in the May 2016 National League Promotion Final against Grimsby Town. However, he had played a crucial role in helping the team reach the showpiece event.
His playing days began at Luton Town. As a teenager the Hatters sent him out on loan to Salisbury where he gained early experience of life in the fifth tier.
Let go by Luton without making a first-team appearance, he moved to the Whites permanently, and his impressive form earned him a move into the Football League with Stevenage.
He spent three seasons at Stevenage, also being loaned out to Aldershot Town, before re-joining Salisbury for their final season before the club was forced into liquidation.
