A 1-0 win at Bromley with Jack Muldoon’s goal settling the match, means the Coasters are now just six points off the play-off places with games in hand, writes Tom Feaheny.
“We took one chance in the first half and we could have scored more but it was a decent performance" Challinor told the club's website.
“We caused our own problems in the second half but they went more direct and we were backs to the wall.
Fylde could start next weekend just three points off seventh with Challinor knowing the importance of their home form coming up.
“It is a huge month for us and we have got two of our toughest away trips out of the way. We now have four home games on the spin but there will be no complacency from ourselves.
“We have to go and produce again tomorrow against Chester and see where we are at come the end of January.”
