Challinor: Maximum Points A Must For The Coasters

AFC Fylde boss Dave Challinor says he wants all doubt to be put away with a win against Wrexham, to ensure a play-off place.

The Coasters have face Wrexham in what could be a winner takes all match, writes Tom Feaheny.

“We have players that want to play in the Football League, well they will need to be much better than they were if we are to achieve that," Challinor told the club's website.

“We have gone through the game against Solihull and have made decisions for the away game."

Challinor says his side simply have to focus on that game and not lose focus as they are so close to a play-off place.

"It is an important game and kind of like a play-off game in itself, we just have to get our job done and win.

“The victory is the aim. We have to try and win both the last game now, it is that simple.

“It may take less but we have to make sure because I don’t want to rely on others.”
