The draw was made this evening and the Coasters could have hardly been handed a better fixture.
The 2013 winners will visit Mill Farm on the first weekend of December having beaten Crawley Town to advance while Fylde saw off the National League North's Kidderminster Harriers.
Just 30 miles separate the two clubs in the North West and manager Dave Challinor can't wait for his side to test themselves against higher level opposition.
He told the club's website: "I’m absolutely delighted with the draw. We are at home so it will be the biggest game that has ever been staged at Mill Farm and probably the biggest game in the club’s history. It’s a great occasion and one that we are relishing.
“There is a massive carrot at the end of the game as victory gives the potential of getting an absolutely huge tie in the third round. Granted, it’s potentially the toughest draw we could have got but ultimately we want to win every game we go into.
"It’s a massive chance to prove how good our players are individually and collectively. I’d hope it would be a sell out at Mill Farm. We will have to wait and see what day it is and whether TV is involved but regardless it is a huge occasion for us.”
